Job Description

Performs general store operational duties, including customer service, truck unloading, merchandise recovery, and light cleaning and maintenance as assigned. Will be responsible for moving furniture and related activities on the sales floor. Loading and Unloading customer vehicles. Works collaboratively with store leadership to ensure store standards are upheld.

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Strong customer service and communication skills required.
2. Must come to work on time as scheduled and work flexible hours, including weekends.
3. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required. Ability to load furniture into and out of customer vehicles. Moves product on, off, and around the sales floor. Maintain clean storage areas, stock shelves, and break areas.
4. Climb ladders to change ceiling tiles and light bulbs.
5. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
6. Good decision-making and problem-solving skills required.
7. Basic English literacy, math, and PC skills required.
8. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required. Must be at least 18 years of age.
