Star Sleep & Wellness is growing! We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the team with on-site coverage for front desk roles within our offices in DFW. As an Administrative Assistant, you are the first impression for our patients. We prioritize a friendly demeanor and excellent customer service to ensure every patient has a positive first impression and experience. Medical experience isn't required; we prioritize excellent customer service, attention to detail, and a passion for learning new technology.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring all required documentation is collected.
- Prepare patient charts and collaborate closely with the clinical team.
- Assist the Advocacy cost team by verifying insurance for oral appliance shipments.
- Manage deliveries, maintain spreadsheet tracking, and oversee case movement across DFW locations.
- Execute time-sensitive administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
- Proven background in front-desk or administrative support—ideally in high-volume or multi-location environments.
- Reliable transportation and the flexibility to travel between DFW sites based on operational needs.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and a passion for learning new software.
