Head of Logistics at Ajax Systems – Dubai

To support our rapid global growth and manufacturing scale, we are looking for a Head of Logistics who will take full ownership of Ajax Systems’ global logistics operations. Key responsibilities:

• Build, lead, and develop Ajax Systems’ international logistics team.
• Design, implement, and manage end-to-end logistics processes.
• Ensure best in class Logistics methods, processes and solutions.
• Drive automation of logistics processes and workplaces.
• Manage import & export logistics: Ukraine, Vietnam, Turkey, EU, North America, UAE.
• Oversee fulfillment and own warehouses globally.
• Ensure customs clearance compliance worldwide.
• Enable data-driven decision-making across all logistics functions.
• Implement GTD principles to improve execution and prioritization.
• Drive and ensure a Continuous Improvement approach.

Hard skills:

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in logistics leadership or consulting roles.
• Proven experience managing international and cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to negotiate and build long-term partnerships.
• Commercially and financially astute, with experience managing budgets and optimizing costs.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to think critically and beyond standard frameworks.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Excellent organizational and people management skills.
• Confident negotiator capable of operating at all levels.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to plan and deliver against tight deadlines.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• APICS Certificate is highly preferred and considered a significant advantage.
• A proven track of designing and improving international Logistics networks will be considered as an advantage.
• TMS systems experience will be considered as an advantage.
