Pipe Up Plumbing Contractors is seeking a skilled and reliable Trim-out Plumber to join our growing team. In this role, youll focus on the critical final stages of plumbing installationdelivering top-tier finishes and efficient repairs across commercial and light retrofit projects. This position offers hands-on work, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to quality craftsmanship on job sites throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing trim-out on commercial and retrofit projects

• Install and finish plumbing fixtures: toilets, urinals, sinks, lavatories, faucets, valves, and trims

• Diagnose and complete basic to moderate plumbing repairs

• Troubleshoot leaks, fixture issues, and valve problems

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas on active job sites

• Follow plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures

• Coordinate with other trades and communicate effectively with supervisors

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of plumbing experience (commercial preferred)

• Proficient in trim-out work and fixture installation

• Skilled in plumbing repairs and diagnostics

• Knowledge of plumbing codes and jobsite safety practices

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• Must have basic hand tools for plumbing

• Ability to work independently on active commercial sites

• Journeyman license preferred or willingness to work toward one (support provided)
