About the Role:

Our Valet Supervisors are the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in setting the tone for a personalized and premium travel experience. This role is responsible for greeting all guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a warm welcome at every touchpoint.


A Day in the Life:

As a Valet Supervisor at JSX, your day begins with energy, professionalism, and attention to detail. Your role plays a vital part in creating a seamless and elevated travel experience from the moment our customers arrive at the curb. Other responsibilities include:


  • Responsible for driving, parking, and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and assisting guests in and out of their vehicle during arrival and departure, as assigned
  • Ensure the coordination and execution of the daily valet operations
  • Oversee valet Crewmembers and coordinate the daily responsibilities of valets
  • Assist in administrative duties such as scheduling, inventory, and ordering of valet supplies
  • Coordinate with Leadership to ensure any issues or difficulties are promptly communicated to appropriate parties
  • Train new valets, and train existing valets on new or updated valet procedures, policies, and usage of the TEZ valet system
  • Ensure the JSX customer experience is carried through to the valet process
  • Ensure the safe staging and operation of vehicles
  • Monitor and maintain the safety and security standards of the valet operation
  • Oversee Valet Incident Reporting to support Station Leadership and act as liaison with HQ resources, as necessary
  • Ensure the valet team actively follows valet policies and procedures
  • Mentor and guide the valet team

  • Required Experience:
  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have and maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Evidence-based principles of teaching and learning, Vision, Value, Culture.
  • Remain professional, logical and level-headed in all situations, especially stressful situations.
  • Vigilant and aware of surroundings and circumstances and be present in the moment to recognize and act upon anything unsafe.

  • Articulate and polished both verbally and visually.
  • Knowledge of computer systems such as google business, Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to parallel park Customer vehicles as needed
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and handle luggage safely
  • Able to perform intermittent physical activity including:
    • Bending, reaching, lifting, climbing stairs
    • Prolonged standing and walking long distances
  • Must be able to work in indoor and outdoor environments including hot, cold, or wet weather conditions
  • Must participate in alcohol screenings per DOT and federal/local regulations

  • Skills, Licenses, & Certifications:
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License for operating ground support equipment and customer vehicles.


  • Pay & Perks:

    Compensation is $55,00 to $60,00 annually. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
