Position Overview: Cellebrite is seeking a highly experienced and operationally strongDirector / Senior Director, New Product Introduction (NPI) Leadto build and lead a modern, scalable New Product Introduction function from the ground up. This is a strategic, foundational role with significant influence across Product, R&D, GTM, and Product Marketing.
The NPI Lead will architect and drive a unified, company-wide approach to new product readiness and execution, anchored in CellebritesNPI process phases: Planning, Execution, and Launch.As part of this structure, the NPI Lead will work in close partnership with Product Marketing, which owns the Launch workstream, to ensure seamless cross-functional alignment and delivery.
This role requires a leader with the courage and authority toredirect teams, course-correct timelines, and drive disciplined executionwhen programs drift from plan. The ideal candidate is a strong, structured communicator who brings clarity, accountability, and predictability to complex global programs.
Key Responsibilities:
NPI Leadership, Governance & Framework Ownership
- Lead CellebritesNew Product Introduction function, establishing governance, tooling, and scalable processes for future expansion.
- Own and refine as appropriate Cellebrites NPI model aligned toBusiness Validation, Planning, Execution, and Launch phases.
- Define and enforce stage-gate requirements, success metrics, and operational rhythms across Product, R&D, Product Marketing, Sales Ops, Finance, Legal, and Customer Experience.
- Introduce advanced methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean Program Management, Agile, etc.) to raise organizational execution maturity.
Program Orchestration & Cross-Functional Accountability
- Drive company-wide program orchestration across Product, R&D, Product Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance and GTM teams to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.
- Proactivelyredirect teams and adjust scope or timelineswhen deliverables fall behind or diverge from planproviding clear guidance and firm program leadership.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, identify risks early, and lead structured mitigation strategies.
- Provide crisp, executive-level communication and updates through dashboards, status reviews, and steering committee sessions.
Collaboration with Launch Workstream
- Partner closely withProduct Marketing, which leads the Launch phase, ensuring alignment on readiness criteria, messaging, enablement, pricing, packaging, quoting and GTM activities.
- Oversee the readiness lifecycle, ensuring deliverables across Product, R&D, and GTM teams are met prior to Launch workstream activation.
Launch Readiness & Post-Launch Excellence
- Ensure each major release meets defined readiness requirements, including documentation, training, operational preparation, and customer-facing assets.
- Track post-launch performance, customer feedback, adoption, and quality to inform future improvements.
- Drive retrospectives and institutional learning across each NPI phase.
- Global Collaboration
- Build strong, productive relationships with global R&D and Product teams, ensuring transparency, trust, and aligned execution.
- Travel internationally as needed to accelerate major program milestones and strengthen cross-functional partnerships.
Office Location:
Remote
- 10+ years of experience in B2B software, with substantial leadership in NPI, PMO, program management, or cross-functional launch execution.
- Direct experience working with global software development teams.
- Proven track record leading enterprise software programs with complex dependencies, technical depth, and multi-quarter timelines.
- Advanced program management certifications preferred such as: Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt). Lean Program Management, PMP or PgMP, Scaled Agile, Scrum Master, or similar
- Demonstrated strength in driving accountability, realigning off-track teams, and enforcing structured program discipline.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and executive communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management capabilities.
- US-based and able to work East Coast hours, with willingness to travel globally periodically.
