Purchasing Analyst at Easton Select Group – West Bridgewater, Massachusetts

About the Role:

Location: Onsite in Easton, MA. Occasional travel may be required.

Position Description:

• Research market trends, pricing fluctuations, and new products relevant to the pool and construction industry.
• Optimize purchasing processes, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain accurate records, including purchase orders, vendor contracts, pricing, and delivery documentation.
• Ensure supplier price catalogs are accurate.
• Support strategic purchasing execution through analytical support for Purchasing Director and Purchasing Managers.
• Departmental KPI tracking and reporting of results.

What You’ll Bring:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5+ years of purchasing or procurement experience,
• 2 + years working knowledge within a proven ERP system (NetSuite a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in purchasing systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical skills utilizing Excel and business intelligence tools.
• Materials and equipment knowledge (pool pumps, filters, plumbing, concrete, steel, finishes, etc.) a plus
• Problem-solving and decision-making
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
