Essential Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests to identify their vehicle needs;
• Follow the Johnson Automotive sales process with each guest;
• Explain and review the features of guest vehicles before and after purchase;
• Complete necessary vehicle sale paperwork with accuracy to be turned over to Finance Manager;
• Research available vehicles and relevant products;
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Experienced, High-Line, (Luxury) Automotive Sales
• Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work well both individually and in a team environment;
• All offers contingent upon satisfactory completion of E-Verify, Background, Drug, and Motor Vehicle Report testing and reports;
• Pay Range Starting around $40,000
• Flexible Schedule 4 days during the week, 9-7 and Saturdays 9-5.
