Position Description:
Dynatech International is seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant & Human Resources Generalist to support our leadership team and drive key people-centric initiatives. This dual-impact role combines high-level executive support with hands-on human resources management — ideal for a professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can seamlessly shift between strategic coordination and tactical execution.
This individual will report to and provide direct support to the Sr. Vice President of Operations while managing core HR functions that shape our company culture, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support (~60%)
- Primary Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for the Sr. Vice President of Operations, managing calls, emails, and correspondence with discretion, clarity, and professionalism.
- Calendar & Travel Management: Coordinate executive calendars, travel, and logistics, ensuring priorities are anticipated, schedules optimized, and all meetings well-prepared.
- Board & Leadership Coordination: Organize board and leadership meetings — preparing materials, distributing pre-reads, recording minutes, and tracking action items.
- Research & Analysis: Gather information and prepare concise reports, presentations, and briefings to aid executive decision-making.
- Meeting Attendance & Documentation: Attend meetings alongside executives, capture notes, and ensure follow-through on deliverables.
- Expense & Financial Oversight: Manage expense reporting, reconciliation, and adherence to corporate policies.
- Communication Management: Draft, edit, and format executive communications, memos, and announcements for internal and external audiences.
- Event & Project Coordination: Support company events, all-hands meetings, and leadership offsites, ensuring flawless execution and professional representation of Dynatech.
Human Resources (~40%)
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead full-cycle recruiting for select roles, from sourcing through offer stage, and oversee new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth start.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, workplace concerns, and engagement initiatives.
- Benefits & HR Administration: Manage benefits enrollments, maintain accurate data and personnel records, and assist with payroll and compliance activities.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensure company practices comply with all applicable labor laws and internal standards. Support updates to employee handbooks and HR procedures.
- Performance & Development: Support managers with performance evaluations, coaching, and employee development initiatives.
- Engagement & Culture: Champion employee recognition, communications, and culture-building activities including company newsletters and team-building events.
- HR Metrics & Reporting: Utilize HR data to track turnover, headcount, and workforce trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 7–10 years of progressive experience supporting senior executives and/or HR functions, ideally in a mid-sized corporate environment.
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities and execute with precision under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; confident engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Additional Information
