- Lead and develop a distributed IT operations team across multiple regions, ensuring high performance and continuous growth.
- Oversee global IT operations, including user provisioning, access management, SaaS administration, and endpoint lifecycle management.
- Manage identity and access management systems, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient access controls.
- Drive automation of IT processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and access changes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Administer and optimize enterprise SaaS tools, ensuring effective usage, cost control, and performance.
- Collaborate with Security, People, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance, governance, and a seamless employee technology experience.
- Define, monitor, and improve key IT performance metrics to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT operations, including at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong experience managing SaaS environments, including provisioning, access control, and license optimization.
- Hands-on expertise with identity and access management systems such as SSO platforms.
- Experience with enterprise productivity tools and modern workplace technologies.
- Proven ability to lead and manage distributed teams across different regions and time zones.
- Experience implementing IT automation tools and improving operational workflows.
- Strong understanding of endpoint management and device lifecycle processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
