- Drive go-to-market readiness in partnership with marketing, sales, and customer success teams for product launches and feature releases.
- 7+ years of product management experience, with strong background in IoT, connected hardware, or embedded systems at scale.
- Proven experience leading at least one hardware product from concept to high-volume production and post-launch iteration.
- Strong technical understanding of edge computing, connected devices, firmware systems, and cloud or mobile integrations.
- Experience working with AI/ML-enabled products, ideally involving computer vision, telematics, or sensor-based systems.
- Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across engineering, operations, and business teams in ambiguous environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and translate technical complexity into clear product strategy.
- Data-driven mindset combined with strong customer empathy and problem-solving ability.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $220,000 to $280,000 USD depending on experience and location.
- Eligibility for equity and/or variable compensation based on role and performance.
- Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, and mental health support.
