Accountabilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead and support project teams throughout their lifecycle.
  • Identify and manage project risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project expenditures to ensure budget compliance.
  • Provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Engage and manage stakeholder expectations proactively.
  • Evaluate and manage changes in project scope.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects, preferably in technology or engineering.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
  • Excellent skills in translating technical concepts into business requirements.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP) preferred.
