  • Translate complex topics such as credit, lending, AI, regulation, and macroeconomic trends into clear external narratives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or executive communications.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a public company, fintech, high-growth tech company, or regulated industry.
  • Proven experience building executive visibility programs and managing media relations at senior leadership level.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across functions and align messaging across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex financial, technical, or policy topics.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package including base salary, annual bonus opportunities, and equity grants.
  • Generous 401(k) matching program and Employee Stock Purchase Plan with discounted shares.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision with high employer contribution.
  • Flexible remote-first work model with periodic in-person collaboration sessions.
  • Paid time off, holidays, parental leave, and family support programs.
  • Wellness, productivity, and financial support allowances to enhance personal and professional growth.
  • Strong culture of connection through team events, employee resource groups, and company-wide gatherings.
