| Job Summary | *This position is located off Campus at 3101 Beaumont Centre Circle. The Administrative Support Associate II provides essential administrative, fiscal, personnel, and program support for the Ryan White program and LINK Project. The role manages daily office operations, maintains organized records, prepares documents and meeting materials, and coordinates travel and promotional needs. This position supports budget reconciliation, financial processing, procurement, and grant-related documentation. The position also assists with hiring, onboarding, HR records, and timesheet processing, while helping with special projects, data reporting, file management, and compliance activities. Consistent with UK Healthcare expectations, the role delivers exceptional customer service across all interactions |
| Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Outloock), SAP, KRONOS. Ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects while accurately completing routine functions. Excellent attention to detail. |
