  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, release plans, and go-to-market coordination in alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and customer insights to continuously improve product direction and decision-making.
  • Support Agile ceremonies and act as the primary point of contact for product-related questions, priorities, and clarifications.
  • Contribute to discussions on technical approach and delivery sequencing for moderately complex initiatives.

  • 2+ years of experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Experience working with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira Align.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, backlog management, and product lifecycle practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex, variable data inputs.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple competing demands.
  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Six Sigma or Project Management certification is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary range: $94,900 – $130,500 USD
  • Eligibility for performance-based bonus incentive plan
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Paid time off including holidays, vacation, volunteer time, and parental leave
