This role combines deep SAP technical expertise with customer-facing solution delivery and pre-sales engagement in a fast-growing enterprise software environment. You will act as a key technical expert across product implementation, integration, and customization, ensuring seamless connectivity between SAP systems and enterprise document management platforms. The position blends hands-on development, solution architecture, and client interaction, making it highly impactful across the full customer lifecycle. You will also contribute directly to product evolution by providing technical input and participating in feature development. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will help translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient SAP-based solutions. This is a dynamic role ideal for an SAP developer who enjoys both building solutions and engaging with clients in a consultative capacity.

• Lead the technical implementation of SAP-based solutions, including S/4HANA and SuccessFactors integrations with document archiving systems.
• Configure and customize SAP environments using ABAP, BTP, workflows, and related technologies to support solution deployment.
• Design and implement integrations with document management systems such as ECM platforms and archiving solutions.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to contribute to feature design, enhancements, and ongoing product improvement.
• Act as a technical expert during pre-sales activities, delivering tailored demos and supporting solution positioning with prospective clients.
• Work closely with customers, project managers, and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout implementation and post-deployment phases.
• Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, demo environments, and implementation best practices.

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of experience in SAP technical roles, including ABAP, BTP, workflows, or SuccessFactors environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP integration technologies such as ArchiveLink, ILM, or DMS is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with enterprise document management systems such as OpenText, SharePoint, or similar ECM platforms.
• Experience with SAP customizations, enhancements, and use of BADIs or user exits.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable engaging in client-facing activities, including technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or cloud-based SAP environments is a plus.
• Background in pre-sales engineering, solution consulting, or customer-facing technical roles is advantageous.
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, startup-style environments.
