This Is a Field-Based Role, this is not a desk job.

You will spend most of your time on the road, meeting with clients and families in their homes, building relationships, and guiding them through care decisions.

- Expect to be out in the Wiregrass community the majority of the week
- Limited time in the office (primarily for meetings, training, or support)
- You’ll manage your own schedule and daily flow

What You’ll Be Doing:
This is not a traditional nursing role.

You’ll be the face of our company for new clients—guiding families through one of the most important decisions they’ll make.

- Conduct in-home assessments for new and existing clients
- Build trust quickly with families and confidently recommend care plans
- Convert inquiries into active clients through strong communication and connection
- Manage and track leads through our CRM system
- Visit current clients and identify opportunities to increase hours and improve care
- Complete required RN assessments for VA clients (training provided)
- Work closely with our scheduling and leadership team to ensure smooth onboarding

Compensation & Growth:
We offer a strong base salary plus performance-based bonuses:
- Base salary: ~$50,000
- Bonuses for:
- New clients you bring on
- Increasing hours for existing clients
- Completing VA assessments on time

Top performers can realistically earn $60K–$65K+ annually

Who You Are:
- Licensed RN (required)
- Strong communicator who connects easily with people
- Confident, warm, and naturally personable
- Organized and comfortable using basic technology/CRM systems
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Enjoy being out in the field rather than sitting at a desk
