JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR TASKS
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor payments in SAP
- Review and verify invoices and payment requests in accordance with company policies and accounting standards
- Communication with vendors and other Knorr-Bremse departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments
- Participate in process improvement initiatives related to payment and accounting workflows
- Participation on period-end closing activities
YOUR PROFILE
- High school/university education, economics preferred
- Communicative knowledge of English is necessary, other languages as a plus
- Computer knowledge - MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook), knowledge of SAP preferred
- Accounting experience preferred
- Professional, communicative personality
- A sense for careful and responsible work, proactive approach
- The position is also suitable for beginners and graduates
