What You’ll Do:
- Perform image-guided joint injections and related procedures within a modern outpatient imaging environment.
- Interpret MSK MRI, CT, ultrasound, and X-ray studies in support of orthopedic, sports medicine, and spine programs.
- Collaborate closely with referring physicians to support clinical decision-making and patient care pathways.
- Contribute to imaging protocol development and process optimization initiatives.
- Participate in multidisciplinary discussions and quality improvement efforts.
What You Bring:
- Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology (ABR/ABOR)
- Fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Imaging preferred
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Desire to help build and expand an onsite imaging program within a multidisciplinary specialty setting
- Eligibility for medical licensure in Washington

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $450,000–$850,000
- Additional Compensation: May include signing, retention and relocation bonuses
- Equity: Equity grants available as part of total compensation package
- Perks: Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, CME, and malpractice coverage). Relocation assistance available.
- Work-Life-Balance: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm + 10 weeks of PTO
