Customer Service Representative

Location: Garland, TX

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Overview

ONA Polymers LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our Garland team. This role requires strong multitasking ability, sound judgment, and a proactive, team-focused mindset. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with ERP systems and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate product information and provide order status updates to customers
• Process and validate customer return requests
• Support Operations, Production, and Sales with customer service needs
• Investigate, document, and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate customer records in Macola and WiSys
• Handle incoming calls and process customer orders using ERP systems
• Review inventory to ensure accurate order entry and confirmation
• Use professional, positive communication with customers and internal teams
• Perform general administrative tasks (reports, documentation, etc.)
• Contribute to team goals and support a positive work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of customer service experience (non-retail/food service preferred)
• Experience with ERP/database systems (Macola/WiSys a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
