Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• No late nights
• No bell-to-bell schedule
• No cold calling

Key Responsibilities

• Review daily service appointments to identify vehicle upgrade opportunities
• Engage with existing service customers and present personalized solutions
• Structure and desk your own deals independently
• Collaborate with service, appraisal, and finance teams for seamless transactions
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and consistent customer follow-up
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business

Qualifications

• Prior automotive sales experience preferred (minimum one year ideal)
• Strong understanding of deal structure, customer needs, and lender expectations
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Coachable, accountable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using dealership systems and technology
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Valid driver's license
