About This Position

Rough-In / Re-Pipe Journeyman Plumber

Location: Mountlake Terrace, Washington

Build a Career Where Your Skill Actually Matters

Let’s be direct.

If you're a solid journeyman plumber in the Seattle market, you have options. Everyone is hiring. Everyone claims they’re the best.

What most experienced plumbers actually want is simple:
steady work, strong pay, clear direction, and a company that respects the trade.

That’s exactly what we’re building.

We’re hiring an experienced Rough-In / Re-Pipe Journeyman Plumber based out of Mountlake Terrace to support our growing residential plumbing division. This is a field-driven role focused on production work, system installs, and full-home repipes—not service calls, and not patchwork.

If you take pride in clean installs, efficient execution, and doing the job right the first time, this is a strong fit.

What the Work Looks Like

This is hands-on, skilled plumbing work focused on residential systems and infrastructure. You’ll be working on projects that require precision, efficiency, and ownership of your craft.

Typical work includes:

  • Full residential re-pipes (PEX, copper, etc.)
  • Rough-in plumbing for remodels and rebuild projects
  • Water, waste, and vent system installation
  • Reading plans and executing layouts accurately
  • Coordinating with project managers and other trades
  • Maintaining clean, organized, and code-compliant job sites
  • Ensuring all work meets Washington State plumbing code

This is not service plumbing. You won’t be running small calls all day—you’ll be focused on larger scope, production-based work.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for professionals who know their trade and take ownership of their work.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Washington State PL01 Journeyman License (required)
  • Strong experience in rough-in and/or residential re-pipe work
  • Ability to read plans and execute efficiently
  • Solid understanding of Washington plumbing codes
  • High standards for workmanship and job site organization
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional, straightforward communication
Why Plumbers Like Working Here

A lot of companies talk about culture. What matters is how the company actually runs.

Here’s what our team values:

  • Consistent, year-round project work
  • Competitive pay with strong earning potential
  • Company vehicle and professional-grade equipment
  • Clear project scopes and organized scheduling
  • Leadership that understands the trade and supports the field
  • A growing company with real long-term opportunity

We run a tight, professional operation. No chaos. No guesswork. Just solid work with the right support behind you.

The Bottom Line

This is a role for a skilled journeyman who wants to focus on real plumbing work—
not chasing small service tickets, not dealing with disorganization.

If you take pride in your installs and want to be part of a team that does things the right way, we should talk.
