Parts Delivery Driver / Entry Level Parts Counterperson at Stocker Chevrolet, Inc. – STATE COLLEGE, Pennsylvania

This is a unique position that combines the duties of a parts delivery driver with entry level duties of a parts department counterperson. While driving duties can sometimes fill an 8 hour work shift, there is often several hours of time every day to learn the operations of the parts department as a counter person. This position will initially focus on driving but will provide the opportunity to advance within the department.

The days & hours during the first 2 months of the job will be Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. After the first 2 months, the position will transition to the days & hours of Tuesday - Friday, 10am - 7Pm and Saturday 9am - 5pm.

Driving Duties:

• Deliveries and pick ups from shops and vendors
• Schedule the delivery van for routine maintenance
• etc

Counterperson Duties:

• Create quotes & invoices by looking up requested parts and availability
• Become familiar with our computer software
• Part receiving & billing
• Answering phones
• etc

Pay starts at $40,200/ year
