Accountabilities:

In this role, you will lead advanced analytics engagements that support sales, expansion, and customer success initiatives by delivering insights that demonstrate solution value and inform strategic decisions. You will design and execute proofs of concept, evaluations, and retrospectives while translating complex datasets into actionable recommendations. You will collaborate across multiple teams to identify opportunities, support large-scale client engagements, and enhance analytic best practices across the organization.

  • Lead and execute analytical proofs of concept, evaluations, and performance retros to support client decision-making
  • Translate complex data and business requirements into clear insights and executive-ready presentations
  • Provide strategic advisory support to sales, solutions, and customer success teams during pre-sales and expansion cycles
  • Identify client needs, risks, and growth opportunities through proactive data analysis
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, modeling, and sales teams to design tailored analytic solutions
  • Support large and complex client engagements, including product transitions and multi-solution assessments
  • Contribute to best practices, documentation, and mentoring of junior team members within the analytics function
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical expertise combined with consultative and client-facing experience, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value. You should be highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders in fast-paced, high-impact environments. A strong understanding of risk-related domains and advanced project management capabilities is essential.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in analytics, risk, fraud, credit, or identity verification domains
  • At least 2+ years of client-facing or consulting experience preferred
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to understand and translate client needs into solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging senior stakeholders
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage full project lifecycles
  • Solid understanding of risk data ecosystems, including providers and technology partners
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships across sales, product, engineering, and modeling teams
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and intellectual curiosity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to travel as required
