Maintenance Technician at CMG Holdings Corporate – Plano, Texas

Are you a reliable, hands-on team player who enjoys variety and takes pride in your work? American Communities is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to help support day-to-day operations and keep our community running smoothly.

In this role, you will:

• Assist with unit turns and make-readies
• Complete minor repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Support preventative maintenance efforts
• Help maintain curb appeal through grounds care and exterior upkeep

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid general maintenance knowledge who is ready to grow beyond make-readies but may not yet have HVAC certification or advanced repair experience.
