Accountabilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), Meta, and LinkedIn platforms
  • Manage and refine keyword strategies, audience targeting, and competitive positioning to improve campaign performance
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Monitor budgets, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for efficiency and scale
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards using tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio
  • Deliver actionable insights, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SEO, content, and creative to align paid media with broader marketing initiatives
Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Proven track record of improving campaign performance and driving measurable business outcomes (leads, revenue, ROAS)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Ability to quickly audit existing campaigns and implement performance improvements
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain insights, performance, and recommendations
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced contractor environment
  • Nice to have: experience in agency settings, B2B/SaaS marketing, or SEO/content integration workflows
