- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), Meta, and LinkedIn platforms
- Manage and refine keyword strategies, audience targeting, and competitive positioning to improve campaign performance
- Continuously optimize campaigns for key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Monitor budgets, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for efficiency and scale
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards using tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio
- Deliver actionable insights, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SEO, content, and creative to align paid media with broader marketing initiatives
- 3–5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Proven track record of improving campaign performance and driving measurable business outcomes (leads, revenue, ROAS)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Ability to quickly audit existing campaigns and implement performance improvements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain insights, performance, and recommendations
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced contractor environment
- Nice to have: experience in agency settings, B2B/SaaS marketing, or SEO/content integration workflows
