Patient Concierge/ Patient Services Rep at Sight Partners – SPOKANE VALLEY, Washington

Empire Eye is a progressive ophthalmic medical and surgical practice, we are searching for a Patient Concierge to add to our team. Our Company is nationally recognized, with vast clinical experience in a wide variety of eye surgical services, advanced technology, and proven results. This will be a Hybrid position to include some of the Patient Services Representative duties.

• Provide exemplary customer service for our patients
• Patient check-in and out, answering phones
• Insurance referrals
• Processing patient paperwork as required
• Completing patient registration by obtaining consent for medical care and financial agreements
• Coordinating care with other services
• Providing information about services

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one (1) year of general office experience in a healthcare setting, Ophthalmology preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite
• Demonstrate excellence in communication skills and ability to convey ideas and information, verbally and in writing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
