Sterilization Technician at MONTSHIRE DENTAL PC – Brattleboro, Vermont

Montshire Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a sterilization tech to join our team at our Brattleboro office. We are a family-owned practice serving nearly 30,000 children across New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, and Massachusetts. Our work centers on eliminating barriers to care so families can access the dental services they need.

How You’ll Bring Our Values to Life Each Day

· Manages the sterilization center and has a thorough understanding of and follows all infection control protocols according to CDC & OSHA laws and guidelines.

· Process, package, and prepare all instruments and materials coming through the sterilization center. This process should be timely, not allowing backup of critical instruments, and following proper OSHA protocol.

· Clean, disinfect, and reset treatment rooms between patients to support clinical teams and keep the schedule running on time.

• The salary range for this position is $23-$27. Final compensation is determined during the selection process and considers experience, education, and internal equity.
