This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cash Command Center: Take charge of daily cash operations by supervising the General Cashier, reconciling deposits for Rooms, Food, Beverage, and House, and upholding robust controls over all hotel cashier banks.
- AR Super Sleuth: Ensure every city ledger payment is posted with precision, master AR collections through a savvy trace system, and gather your team for energetic weekly credit meetings and monthly pow-wows with the General Manager.
- Accounting Maestro: Orchestrate the full spectrum of accounting activities, from reconciliations to flash reports and income audits, always hitting the right notes in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and SOPs.
- Payroll Perfectionist: Run payroll like a pro, making sure every paycheck complies with state and local laws, and all tax and wage regulations are spot-on.
- Training Trailblazer & Audit Ally: Empower Night Audit and Front Office associates with expert accounting guidance, and step up as Manager on Duty whenever the team needs a steady hand.
- Month-End Maestro: Lead the monthly close with flair, syncing up with the Director of Finance and General Manager to review and lock in the final financial score.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field; or an Associates degree and at least 3 years of related experience; or a Bachelors degree and at least 1 year of related experience.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office operating system, ability to manipulate and troubleshoot spreadsheets and reports.
- Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions and resolve issues raised by coworkers and guests.
