Overview



Responsibilities

• Develop lighting control and shading solutions for commercial/residential/hospitality projects during specification stage
• Provide technical solutions support for presales for Lutron’s projects in all global markets.
• Work closely with the regional sales team to prepare lighting control solutions, for Lutron projects
• Analyze and understand electrical/lighting/architectural layouts and any other construction documents to provide appropriate solution
• Prepare wiring diagram, system layouts using AutoCAD/Lutron Designer software to be used by electrical contractor for site installation
• Meet the project timelines at pre-sales stage.
• Assist in project coordination for key specification accounts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar or related role preferred
• Knowledge of lighting systems or related technologies preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to deliver clear and impactful presentations to varied audiences
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• High attention to detail, particularly when reviewing and preparing technical documentation
• Willingness to travel occasionally, as required
