  • Support the full software development lifecycle within Agile Scrum teams, contributing as a business analyst, tester, or interface designer depending on project needs.
  • Investigate and resolve system issues, manage ticket backlogs, and ensure timely resolution of production-related defects impacting claims operations.
  • Design, document, and maintain requirements, user stories, and interface specifications aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan and execute testing activities, including test case creation, scenario development, documentation, and defect tracking to ensure system reliability.
  • Analyze test outcomes and production impacts to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security protocols, and approval processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders through requirement walkthroughs, sprint reviews, status updates, and documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement of system processes and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in information systems or IT-related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business and technical requirements.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and participating in Scrum-based delivery teams.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data analysis for troubleshooting and reporting purposes.
  • Strong communication skills, including technical documentation, report writing, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Knowledge of healthcare, health insurance, or claims processing environments is preferred.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, TOGAF, or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and detail-oriented manner.
  • US citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of 68,400 to 105,900 USD annually.
  • Remote or flexible work arrangements depending on role requirements.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • Retirement savings plan with company support.
  • Paid time off and company holidays.
  • Professional development opportunities in healthcare IT and Agile delivery practices.
  • Exposure to large-scale healthcare systems and mission-critical claims operations.
  • Inclusive work environment with strong emphasis on compliance, ethics, and data security.
