Are you passionate about supporting pets, their families, and a dedicated veterinary team? Join our team at Insight Veterinary Wellness Center, a hybrid hospital providing both Emergency and Primary Care services. We’re looking for a dedicated Client Service Representative to support our patients, clients, and clinical team.

Schedule

• Monday - Thursday 8am - 7pm (4x10 shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and support clients in-person and by phone with empathy and professionalism
• Triage incoming appointments and schedule accordingly
• Manage check-in/check-out and payment collection
• Provide education to clients about our hospital services and offerings
• Facilitate clear communication between clients and medical teams
• Support the team with additional duties as needed

About You

• Prior veterinary experience preferred, but not essential
• Strong initiative, detail orientation, and ability to learn quickly
• Excellent communicator with compassion for pets and people
• Comfortable handling a multi-line phone system
• Familiarity with veterinary terminology is a plus
• Able to work independently

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $22-$24 per hour
