Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management or related leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing multiple products, teams, or large-scale workstreams in complex environments
  • Strong expertise in application integration, API management, middleware, or event-driven architectures
  • Hands-on understanding of integration patterns such as REST, messaging, pub/sub, and event streaming
  • Experience defining product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and driving KPI-based delivery outcomes
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical architecture into clear business and customer value
  • Experience mentoring or managing product managers or cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Kafka, Apigee, Kong, DataPower, or TIBCO is a plus
  • Exposure to cloud integration services (AWS API Gateway, Azure API Management) and enterprise modernization initiatives is preferred
  • Agile or product-related certifications (Scrum, SAFe, AIPMM, cloud certifications) are a plus
  • Strong systems thinking mindset with ability to operate in large-scale enterprise environments
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary range: $134,000 – $209,750 USD
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and insurance coverage
  • Flexible remote work environment
  • Paid time off and additional employee leave programs
  • Opportunity to lead enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives
  • Leadership role with direct impact on platform strategy and modernization
