Lead Product Strategy (Remote)

Accountabilities- Evaluate existing engagements to identify candidates for productization.
- Lead the product innovation lifecycle from concept through launch.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for validation of opportunities.
- Define offering concepts, focusing on value propositions and target buyers.
- Develop business cases to support executive investment decisions.
- Guide productization efforts to ensure consistency in delivery.
- Coordinate go-to-market readiness including positioning and messaging.
- Monitor offering performance, including client satisfaction and pipeline.
- Champion cross-cutting offering opportunities leveraging various capabilities.
- Establish a lightweight product management cadence with internal teams.
- 10+ years of experience in product management or related functions.
- Demonstrated experience in building or scaling product functions.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and teams.
- Experience developing financial models for new offerings.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into market value propositions.
- Strong cross-organization influencing skills without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
