This role sits at the core of a high-impact Growth organization focused on expanding access to affordable credit through data-driven, measurable marketing strategies. You will own one of the most strategic acquisition channels, with primary responsibility for Direct Mail and a broader scope across offline growth initiatives. Working in a highly analytical and experimentation-driven environment, you will combine marketing strategy, data science collaboration, and performance optimization to drive efficient customer acquisition. This position offers significant ownership, including P&L responsibility, and the opportunity to influence how millions of consumers are reached and converted. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams across analytics, product, engineering, and creative to scale impactful campaigns. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and deeply focused on innovation through testing and learning.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Direct Mail and offline growth channels, ensuring strong performance, efficient spend, and continuous improvement through experimentation and data insights.

  • Own end-to-end Direct Mail strategy for key lending products, including audience targeting, creative direction, testing, and campaign execution
  • Manage and optimize large-scale marketing budgets with accountability for ROI and incremental business impact
  • Develop and expand offline acquisition channels such as Direct Mail, OOH, and linear TV
  • Design and execute experimentation frameworks including A/B testing, incrementality testing, and geo-lift analyses
  • Partner with Data Science and Machine Learning teams to improve targeting models and customer segmentation
  • Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and drive optimization decisions
  • Build scalable playbooks for reaching new and underserved customer segments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Analytics, Creative) to improve channel performance and inform roadmap decisions
  • Present performance results, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements

This role requires strong performance marketing expertise, analytical rigor, and experience managing large-scale, data-driven acquisition programs in fast-moving environments.

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or data-driven marketing roles
  • Proven experience managing full-funnel marketing campaigns from strategy through execution and analysis
  • Experience managing marketing budgets with accountability for ROI or P&L performance
  • Strong background in experimentation design (A/B testing, incrementality testing, or similar methodologies)
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with large datasets
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Data Science, Product, and Engineering
  • Familiarity with Direct Mail or offline marketing channels is highly preferred
  • Experience with SQL, Looker, or similar data tools is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
