Acting as the central growth owner for assigned accounts, you will combine strategic planning with hands-on execution to develop robust pipelines and unlock new business opportunities. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless delivery of customer commitments. You will also engage directly with senior customer stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted strategic partner. - Own delivery of annual revenue, volume, and growth targets across assigned customer portfolios, ensuring consistent performance against financial objectives.
- Define and execute customer growth strategies aligned with category, regional, and global business priorities.
- Build, manage, and convert a multi-horizon growth pipeline spanning short-, mid-, and long-term opportunities.
- Develop customer-specific growth plans focused on portfolio optimization, innovation, pricing, and share expansion.
- Establish and maintain senior-level customer relationships, acting as a trusted strategic advisor and growth partner.
- Lead forecasting, volume planning, and performance tracking to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Manage pricing strategies, contract negotiations, renewals, and long-term commercial agreements within established frameworks.
- Identify commercial and operational risks proactively and lead mitigation strategies to protect performance outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution efforts to ensure seamless delivery of customer commitments.
- Lead business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and executive engagements with key customers.
- Serve as escalation point for complex commercial or operational issues impacting customer performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in customer-facing, commercial, or growth-focused roles such as account management, business development, or commercial strategy.
- Proven ability to develop and execute complex customer strategies across multiple categories or regions.
- Strong track record of building, managing, and converting sales or growth pipelines.
- Experience working with senior customer stakeholders, including negotiation and strategic planning at executive level.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with ability to manage forecasting, pricing, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, complex environments with multiple priorities.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
