Sr Sales Enablement Specialist

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr Sales Enablement Specialist in United States.

This role is a senior, strategic enablement position focused on shaping how sales teams are prepared, supported, and continuously developed to drive performance. You will define program-level enablement strategies and own the full lifecycle of key initiatives, from needs analysis and design through execution and impact measurement. Acting as a central connector across Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, and Services, you will ensure enablement efforts are aligned, well-sequenced, and truly actionable for sellers. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly cross-functional, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Your work will directly improve sales readiness, reduce duplication of efforts, and strengthen field effectiveness. This is a high-impact role where clarity, structure, and influence are essential.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead and optimize sales enablement programs that directly improve seller performance and organizational alignment:

  • Define program-level enablement strategy across onboarding, role readiness, sales plays, solution enablement, and ongoing development
  • Conduct needs analyses to identify skill gaps and design targeted learning strategies aligned with sales priorities
  • Own end-to-end execution of enablement programs, including design, delivery, reinforcement, and performance measurement
  • Develop enablement assets such as playbooks, job aids, workshops, certifications, talk tracks, and learning resources
  • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and role-based learning experiences
  • Establish and track success metrics focused on adoption, behavioral change, and field application
  • Act as the central intake and governance point for enablement requests across multiple business functions
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and coordinate enablement efforts to avoid duplication and improve seller experience and focus
  • Partner cross-functionally to translate product launches and initiatives into structured, seller-ready enablement programs
  • Ensure all enablement content is current, accessible, role-specific, and aligned with sales methodologies
Requirements

This role requires strong experience in sales enablement within complex, solution-driven environments, along with strong communication and program leadership skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement or related roles
  • Proven track record of owning enablement programs from strategy through execution and measurement
  • Experience supporting complex, solution-based or consultative sales organizations
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with enablement tools such as LMS, CRM, CMS, or sales readiness platforms
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable enablement improvements
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing enablement demands
  • Experience with sales methodologies (e.g., Solution Selling, Challenger, MEDDICC, SPIN) and translating them into behaviors and reinforcement programs
  • Strong consulting mindset with the ability to influence across cross-functional teams
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $95,000 – $122,500 USD annually
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation, wellness, and volunteer days
  • Mental health support, including therapy visits, coaching, and wellness tools
  • Flexible and supportive work environment
  • Career development and learning resources
  • Inclusive culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
