About This Position
Account Manager – Consumer Products
Location: Eden Prairie, MN
We’re looking for a results-driven Account Manager with consumer products sales experience to support and grow our established distributor network in the celebration industry. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day customer communication, present new product programs, and identify opportunities to expand product placement and increase market share—all primarily through remote channels.
The ideal candidate is analytical, relationship-focused, and skilled at turning insights into action with consumer product sale experience.
What You’ll Do
• Manage daily communication with distributor partners via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Execute sales plans and promotional programs to grow sales and product placement.
• Present Everyday and Seasonal product programs to distributor commercial teams.
• Partner with distributors to build data-driven business plans and deliver accurate SKU-level forecasting.
• Partner with distributors on retail execution that will result in increased category sales.
• Analyze category and sales trends to identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution of sales initiatives.
• Provide value added and exceptional customer service while maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
