ADM Contractors LLC is seeking a skilled and driven High-end Residential and Commercial Site Supervisorto lead the daily field operations of our high-end residential and boutique commercial projects. This is a pivotal, hands-on leadership role ideal for an experienced tradesperson who thrives on guiding crews, maintaining quality control, and pushing projects forward.

From custom additions and remodels to ground-up new builds, you will be the key force behind our success in delivering exceptional construction outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• You will bridge the gap between the office and the field, ensuring precision execution on-site.

• Site Leadership: Supervise and lead day-to-day jobsite activities and self-performed labor.

• Logistics: Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries to maintain project momentum.

• Quality Control: Perform inspections to uphold construction standards and ensure strict adherence to blueprints and scopes.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure jobsite cleanliness, safety compliance, and organization at all times.

• Technical Planning: Assist with layout, material staging, and crew task planning.

• Reporting: Track field updates, photographs, and notes using Procore or similar construction platforms.

• Communication: Communicate effectively with the Superintendent and Project Manager regarding project progress.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in residential construction is required.

• Leadership: 3+ years in a supervisory role (Foreman or Assistant Foreman).

• Trade Skills: Proficiency in both structural and finish carpentry is required.

• Project Types: Experienced with remodels (3002,000 sq ft) and new builds (2,0003,500 sq ft).

• Tech Savvy: Strong familiarity with Procore or similar digital construction tools.

• Certifications: OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred. BEST license is a plus.

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.

• Soft Skills: Excellent crew leadership and time management skills.

• Experience in seasonal, mountain, or regional residential markets is a bonus.
