🕒 Shift: 2nd Shift: 12:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. (2 positions)

💼 Job Type: Full-time | Non-Exempt

Do you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a fast-paced team? We’re looking for Production Generalists to support various departments across our production floor. In this flexible role, you’ll help keep things moving—working on everything from machine operation to quality checks and manual finishing.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate digital printers, Autopen and other production equipment

• Apply labels/Post-it notes, and complete finishing tasks

• Perform quality control checks and verify sequencing

• Hand-insert mailers and assist in manual processes

• Support multiple departments and contribute wherever needed

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ years of production, mailing, or business-related experience preferred

• Positive attitude and a strong team mindset

• Ability to multitask, stay proactive, and meet deadlines

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience is a plus)

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand up to full shift, sit, lift (up to 30 lbs), and use hand tools throughout the shift

• Comfortable with occasional bending, stooping, and kneeling

• Moderate noise environment
