Position Summary

As an Appraisal Review Specialist, you will handle ordering, reviewing, and overseeing appraisals and evaluations needed for the lending process. You'll play a vital part in facilitating communication among lenders, underwriters, and appraisers. Additionally, you'll be tasked with upholding high standards of quality control to help reduce risks associated with real estate lending.

Training for this role will be held in Fond du Lac with an opportunity for hybrid in the future.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant banking experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is helpful.
• Prior experience including appraisal knowledge, real estate sales or lending or other property valuation familiarity preferred but not required.
