Vida Health is seeking a seasoned and strategic Director of Consultant Relations- East to own and scale the consultant channel as a core growth engine for the company. This highly visible, executive-level role will lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives that deepen partnerships with leading employee benefits consulting firms and materially expand Vidas market presence.

The Director of Consultant Relations will be accountable for national consultant strategy, executive-level relationships and cross-functional alignment that drives preferred positioning, accelerates revenue and informs Vidas long-term commercial and product strategy.
Responsibilities:
  • Own and expand executive relationships with national consulting firms, including Aon, Mercer and WTW, with accountability for preferred positioning, strategic alignment and sustained commercial impact for Vidas solutions.
  • Serve as a senior external representative of Vida to consultant leadership and key influencers.
  • Design and execute scalable consultant engagement strategies across multiple channels, including targeted communications, executive briefings, product demonstrations, thought leadership and virtual and in-person forums.
  • Ensure consistent, high-impact education and engagement of key consultant stakeholders nationwide.
  • Partner closely with Regional Vice Presidents of Sales and Enterprise Sales Leadership to support priority pursuits, remove consultant-related barriers and accelerate opportunities within consultant-managed employer portfolios.
  • Establish clear operating rhythms, escalation paths and success metrics tied to revenue outcomes.
  • Serve as the senior conduit for consultant and market feedback, delivering synthesized, actionable insights to Product, Innovation and Go-to-Market leadership.
  • Influence roadmap prioritization, solution positioning and commercial strategy based on real-time market signals and clinical trends.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, helping shape Vidas broader employer and consultant channel strategy.
  • Build strong internal partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Product, Clinical and Innovation teams to ensure cohesive execution and consistent market messaging.
  • 50% travel as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 810 years of demonstrated success working with major consulting firms or employer-focused healthcare organizations, with increasing responsibility and executive-level influence.
  • A deep understanding of the evolving healthcare and benefits landscape, particularly within the employer market and consultant-driven buying models.
  • Outstanding executive presence and communication skills, capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders at the highest levels.
  • Ability to grasp complex enterprise solutions, identify opportunities for differentiation and translate strategy into measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success building, leading, and scaling strategic relationships with national benefits consulting firms (e.g., Mercer, Aon, WTW), with a proven ability to influence clinical program adoption, benefit design and employer decision-making at an enterprise level.
  • Comprehensive understanding of employer-sponsored healthcare, including population health management, chronic disease prevention, behavioral health and the evolving role of digital and virtual care models in employer benefit strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical and product concepts into clear, compelling strategies for non-clinical stakeholders, consultants and senior executives.
  • Proven ability to synthesize market insights, clinical trends and consultant feedback into actionable commercial strategies that drive growth, inform product development and strengthen Vidas competitive position.
  • Advanced clinical training (e.g., RN, NP, MD, PhD, or other relevant credential) or substantial experience in a medically oriented leadership role within healthcare delivery, population health, or the digital health ecosystem preferred.
In addition to the base salary listed, there is a 50% commissions potential.
