Job Description Overview

Are you ready for what’s next, now?

We’re looking for an Analyst, Marketing Systems Orchestration for our office Alpharetta, GA . The position is fulltime. You'll join an outstanding RevOps team at the center of our go-to-market motion.

About the Role

This is a high-impact role for someone who is passionate about account-based marketing, revenue technology, and the art of orchestrating the right message to the right account at the right time. You know enough to hit the ground running, you have strong instincts about how ABM systems should work, and you're driven to make them better every day.

You'll own the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the systems and programs that power our full-funnel ABM motion, from broad 1:Many awareness plays all the way through to highly personalized 1:1 account programs. You'll be a close partner to the ABM experts embedded within our regional marketing teams, driving the orchestration and platform work that helps them execute their strategies in market, and reporting directly to the Associate Vice President, Revenue Operations – Marketing.

This role touches 6sense, Salesforce, marketing automation, LinkedIn, data segmentation, intent signals, and more. If you're someone who thrives on complexity, takes ownership instinctively, and wants to be at the center of how a modern revenue engine runs, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • ABM technology administration — day-to-day management and configuration of our ABM tech stack, with 6sense as the core platform, and maintain integrations across Salesforce, MAP, sales engagement tools, and digital channels
  • Build and manage the orchestration model — configure and maintain the trigger logic, intent signal workflows, and coordinated actions across paid, owned, email, and sales outreach channels that drive 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 program motions
  • Maintain account segmentation and data quality — manage segment builds within 6sense and connected platforms based on established ICP criteria and tier classifications; monitor data hygiene and flag issues that could affect program performance
  • Support the account journey framework — help maintain journey stage definitions, progression criteria, and trigger logic in close coordination with the senior ABM Architect and regional marketing leads; ensure accounts are moving through the funnel and the data tells the right story
  • Contribute to governance and platform standards — apply and uphold naming conventions, campaign hygiene standards, and segmentation guardrails across all active programs and regions
  • Support reporting and performance visibility — ensure tactic activity and account engagement data is properly tagged and flowing into reporting frameworks; help pull and organize performance data to support regional and leadership reviews
  • Explore and apply AI-driven capabilities — actively learn and experiment with how AI and automation can improve signal processing, audience segmentation, and orchestration efficiency; bring ideas and test them with support from the senior ABM Architect
  • Serve as a responsive partner to regional teams — support the ABM leads embedded in NA and International teams with platform requests, segment builds, and technical troubleshooting so they can focus on strategy and execution

About You

  • Hands-on experience with 6sense or a comparable ABM platform — you've built segments, run campaigns, or worked with intent data and want to go much deeper
  • Working knowledge of the revenue tech stack — familiarity with Salesforce, a MAP (Marketo or similar), and at least one sales engagement or digital advertising tool; you don't need to be an expert in all of them yet
  • Solid grasp of ABM concepts and full-funnel demand generation — you understand the difference between 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 motions and have a view on how account journey stages should influence program design
  • Comfort working with data and segmentation — you can build a segment, spot a data quality issue, and think logically about how accounts should be grouped and targeted
  • A genuine curiosity about AI and automation — you follow what's happening in the space, have opinions about it, and want to be part of putting it to work in a real revenue environment
  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline — you take governance and hygiene seriously because you understand that bad data and sloppy naming conventions break programs
  • Collaborative and proactive communicator — you work well cross-functionally, ask good questions, and don't wait to be told what to do when you spot something that needs fixing
  • A self-starter mentality with a growth mindset — you're energized by complexity, not intimidated by it, and you see every new tool or challenge as something to master
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in ABM, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a closely related MarTech role
