The position requires managing multiple client projects, developing client relationships, and mentoring junior consultants while driving firm growth. Travel up to 80% is expected to support client engagements and firm initiatives.

• Lead assessments across people, process, data, and technology, collaborating with client leadership to develop actionable solutions
• Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring successful delivery of complex client engagements
• Apply AI, advanced analytics, and digital tools to solve operational and strategic challenges
• Drive implementation plans and change management initiatives across client organizations
• Partner with business development teams to support market research, client targeting, and proposal development
• Participate in internal initiatives to strengthen culture, professional development, and firm-wide collaboration
• Engage with senior clients to translate insights into tangible, measurable business outcomes

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience driving strategic, tactical, and operational improvements
• 5+ years leading project teams with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• 3–5 years prior consulting experience in management consulting or internal consulting within a large enterprise
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering; MBA preferred
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to explore emerging tools including AI and machine learning
• Strong critical thinking, resilience, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Visio, Minitab, R, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools preferred
• Exceptional leadership, ethics, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in complex problem-solving environments
• Self-starter mindset with commitment to high-quality outcomes
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 80%
