Human Resources Representative PRN Part Time at University Health System- San Antonio – San Antonio, Texas

University Health is seeking a Human Resources Representative (PRN) to support our fast-paced Human Resources department. This is a part-time, PRN position scheduled up to 29 hours per week during daytime business hours. This role is not benefits-eligible full-time employment and is intended to provide flexible, as-needed support to the HR team.

The Human Resources Representative provides administrative support to the department while delivering exceptional customer service to applicants, new hires, employees, and leadership. This position requires strong initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. The incumbent is responsible for handling and safeguarding highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field is preferred.
• One (1) or more years of experience in Human Resources, administrative support, or a related field is required, or demonstrated knowledge of HR functions and operations.
• Proven ability to exercise independent judgment, maintain accountability, and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision is required.
