What You’ll Do

• Move materials to and from job sites; organize and store materials properly
• Load and unload trucks with construction materials and equipment
• Assist in the installation of water lines, gas lines, and sewer lines in accordance with city and state specifications
• Support plumbers, drain cleaners, excavation crews, industrial teams, shop staff, and administrative employees as directed
• Perform a wide range of physical tasks in support of job site Operators
• Excavate and fill trenches and ditches
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Follow all safety policies and job site procedures

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to communicate clearly (speak, read, and write)
• Ability to understand, follow, and relay written and verbal instructions
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with no more than 4 points
• Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings, including:
  • Criminal background check
  • Motor vehicle record (MVR) check
  • Drug screening

Maintaining eligibility to operate company vehicles is a fundamental job requirement. Employees must keep a driving record that remains insurable under the company’s vehicle insurance provider.
