Key Objectives

The primary goal of the Remote Transaction Processing Clerk is to accurately process and verify financial transactions, maintain transaction records, and collaborate with various departments to resolve discrepancies. Responsibilities
  • Process and verify daily financial transactions in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and update databases promptly.
  • Review transaction details for completeness and accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to clarify transaction issues.
  • Ensure compliance with established procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in transaction processing, data entry, or a related administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with transaction processing software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with financial terminology and basic accounting principles is a plus.
