About This Position

Description:

Montshire Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Financial Coordinator to join our team at our Amherst office. We are a family-owned practice serving nearly 30,000 children across New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, and Massachusetts. Our work centers on eliminating barriers to care so families can access the dental services they need.

Our mission is to empower our team to use education, prevention, and compassion to deliver the highest quality of care in as many communities as possible. We accept all insurance, including Medicaid, and focus on preventing problems before they become serious, so children need fewer appointments and families get support without added stress.

  • The salary range for this position is $23.00- $30.00 per hour. Final compensation is determined during the selection process and considers experience, education, and internal equity.

Requirements:

  • Post insurance payments received.
  • Keeps each practice Accounts Receivable at or under one-month average production.
