YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.

As the Valet, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient valet services to members and guests.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

• Greet members and guests upon arrival, opening vehicle and facilities doors, asking guests if they need directions, explaining valet procedures and services, and performing access control responsibilities for the valet area.
• Assist member/guest with wheelchairs, walkers, other medical equipment, and baggage at every opportunity.
• Issue a claim ticket to the member/guest.
• Park vehicles in designated parking area.
• Complete valet tickets by recording license plate number, parking space/location, make and color of vehicle.
• Place keys and corresponding ticket on the valet board in the office.
• Retrieve cars for members and guests.
• Drive in a safe manner following safe driving procedures and safety protocol.
• Ensure all windows and sunroofs are closed and car is locked upon parking.
• Report tip earnings to manager.

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

Experience & Education

• High school degree or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Qualified applicant must have a clean driving record.
• Experience driving both standard and automatic transmissions.
• Reading and writing of English and superior communication skills required.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

• U.S. Work Authorization (required).
