- Lead and execute strategic initiatives to support operational growth and payroll excellence in your region.
- Analyze and optimize existing payroll and business processes, implementing scalable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, People, and Compliance, to streamline workflows and enable operational efficiency.
- Manage relationships with external partners, government entities, and regulatory bodies to facilitate compliance and resolve issues.
- Track key operational metrics, generate insights, and report performance to leadership teams.
- Support contract execution, audits, and other operational requirements to maintain smooth business operations.
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, payroll management, consulting, or similar fast-paced environments.
- Proven success in process design, implementation, and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation for operational decision-making.
- Experience working across multiple countries, cultures, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and drive measurable results.
- Knowledge of local labor, business, or regulatory environments is highly desirable.
